Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Technician to inspect and fix various undercar components of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your skills will directly contribute to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicles for any faulty undercarriage components and suggest appropriate repairs.
• Upgrade systems with the latest automotive technology.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Monitor inventory levels for parts and supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts acquisition.
• Follow up on service appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs and services provided.
• Participate in company training programs to enhance skills.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained properly.
• Demonstrate knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations regarding vehicle repairs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in automotive technology are preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in automotive services, especially in undercar maintenance.
