Job Description

The Special Service Officer ensures the safety and security of the organization's premises and personnel. This role requires a vigilant and trained individual to respond effectively to incidents, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with law enforcement as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in training sessions for security personnel.
  • Ensure that all security equipment is properly maintained.
  • Investigate and report on incidents that violate company policy.
  • Actively engage with employees and visitors to foster a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Engage in community outreach efforts to enhance public relations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field is a plus
  • Completion of advanced security training is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience with high-profile clients is a plus.
