Job Description

The AOC Strategy Plans and Operational Assessment Officer is pivotal in developing strategic plans for our Air Operations Center. This role involves conducting critical assessments to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning efforts for the AOC, ensuring alignment with military objectives.
• Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of operational procedures.
• Make recommendations for actionable improvements based on assessments.
• Report findings to senior leadership, providing clear and concise presentations.
• Collaborate on developing and conducting training materials for personnel.
• Engage with external military and government agencies as required.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AOC operations and data analysis.
• Ensure all assessments comply with military guidelines and security standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in military planning and assessment roles
