Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will be essential to our manufacturing team, assisting in the assembly and installation of electrical switches and control panels. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical wiring and circuit design, along with troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assemble electrical components.
• Carry out quality checks and functional testing of assembled units.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively.
• Document and maintain accurate logs of assembly processes.
• Provide guidance and support to new team members.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during assembly.
• Work collaboratively to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry standards.
• Assist in inventory management of tools and components.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Electrical Technology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the electrical manufacturing sector
