Job Description

As a Youth Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing programs that support youth and their families. You will work closely with community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services. Ideal candidates have a passion for youth advocacy and experience in program management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of youth programs.
  • Work with advisory boards to guide program direction.
  • Facilitate community engagement initiatives to expand outreach.
  • Assess community needs and adapt programs accordingly.
  • Coordinate volunteer efforts and staff training for program success.
  • Manage the collection and analysis of program data.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize program impact.
  • Promote awareness of youth issues through advocacy campaigns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Non-Profit Management or similar is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in youth programs or non-profit management
