Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Product Director to lead our product management team in the data center industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our data center products, ensuring they meet market demands and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic product roadmaps to align with business objectives.
• Lead a team of product managers, driving team engagement and performance.
• Coordinate with engineering and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct regular analysis of market and consumer data to inform product direction.
• Facilitate customer feedback sessions to refine product features.
• Oversee all stages of product development to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Monitor key performance indicators for products and suggest enhancements as needed.
• Research industry innovations to maintain competitive advantage.
• Mentor product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in high-level business strategy discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology)
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in the data center industry
