Aerospace Solutions Inc. is seeking skilled Aircraft Assemblers to work on a variety of components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidates will excel at interpreting blueprints and be skilled in various assembly techniques, particularly riveting.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand technical specifications and assembly procedures.
• Assemble aircraft components with precision under tight deadlines.
• Perform inspections of assembled components to ensure compliance with standards.
• Train new team members in assembly techniques and safety protocols.
• Assist in troubleshooting assembly problems and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in safe working order.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Vocational training in aerospace technology or a related field is advantageous.

Experience

• Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing is beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of CAD software
• Safety compliance

• Strong communication skills
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent
