Job Description

As a Computer, Automated Teller, and Office Machine Repairer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting various machines, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform repairs on both office machines and automated teller systems.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the repair of automated teller machines (ATMs) or office equipment
Technical Skills
  • Networking tools
  • Printer drivers and firmware
Languages
  • English: Fluent
