Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our dynamic team. As an Event Planner at Creative Events Co., you will be in charge of orchestrating a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to weddings and special celebrations. Your organizational skills and passion for event execution will contribute to the success of our clients' visions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning process from initial client meetings to on-site coordination and post-event evaluations.
• Compose and manage budgets, tracking all expenses to maximize profitability.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the event planning process.
• Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and scheduling for attendees.
• Design and implement creative concepts that enhance client brand recognition.
• Prepare risk assessments and contingency plans for all events.
• Review and analyze feedback from clients and attendees to improve future events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Event Planning
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination and logistics
