Job Description

As a Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will supervise daily bar operations, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain high standards for service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar cleanliness and organization.
• Engage with patrons to build relationships and enhance customer experience.
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and create targeted promotions.
• Organize special events to increase foot traffic and attract new customers.
• Ensure bar equipment is in working order and maintained.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Hospitality or a similar field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the food and beverage sector, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
