Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Stencil Printer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating stencil printing machines, ensuring that all products meet our high quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues will be key to maintaining our production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate stencil printing machines according to job specifications
• Conduct regular quality checks on printed materials
• Adjust machine settings based on production needs and material types
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs when necessary
• Work closely with the production team to meet client deadlines
• Record machine performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment
• Assist in inventory management of inks and materials
• Participate in ongoing training for new printing technologies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the printing area

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with stencil printing exposure.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of different print substrates: Understanding of various substrates and their applications in printing.
