Job Description
As a Gambling Surveillance Officer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into suspicious activities within the casino. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and collaborating with various departments to safeguard our casino's integrity.
Responsibilities
- Monitor gaming activities using surveillance systems to detect irregular patterns.
- Analyze data related to gaming operations to identify potential risks.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff regarding compliance and surveillance.
- Work closely with law enforcement on investigations when required.
- Maintain accurate records of investigations, incidents, and actions taken.
- Assist in developing and reviewing internal policies related to compliance and investigations.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino security or law enforcement
