Bander Operator

Job Description

As a Bander Operator, you will be pivotal in the production process, operating and maintaining banding machinery to ensure high-quality products. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning.
• Report any machine malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to adhere to safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in mechanical or industrial engineering preferred

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably with banding machinery.
