Material Moving Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Material Moving Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for mixing and blending pigments according to established formulas, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and blend raw materials for pigment production according to specified formulas.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on mixing machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of material usage and production output.
• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products for quality assurance.
• Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.
• Implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the training of new team members on operational procedures and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in pigment mixing or related field is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Color Theory Understanding
• Safety Procedures Understanding

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First Aid Certification: Certification in first aid and safety protocols for manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Quality Control Procedures: Knowledge of quality control practices to maintain product standards.
