Job Description

As a Grader and Sorter, you will be responsible for the meticulous sorting and grading of agricultural products, ensuring each item meets the high-quality standards set by AgriHarvest Co. Your keen eye for detail and efficiency will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products for quality assurance.
• Utilize appropriate tools and techniques for grading.
• Report any significant product quality issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in the packing of products for shipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as logistics and sales.
• Adapt to changing production priorities and tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a plant nursery or horticulture-related field is a plus.
