Job Description

We are seeking a talented Chemical Engineer to join our engineering team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical processes, design, and optimization. You will work on various projects, from developing new materials to improving existing processes, all while ensuring safety and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze chemical processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Research and develop new materials and formulations.
• Collaborate with environmental engineers to minimize waste.
• Assist in scale-up of processes from bench to production scale.
• Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor process performance and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Provide technical support for production and quality assurance.
• Document and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in chemical engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering
