Job Description
As a Tool Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our tools and equipment. You will inspect a variety of mechanical and electrical tools, ensuring they meet industry standards and are safe for use.
Responsibilities
Perform inspections on a wide range of power and hand tools.
Identify training needs for staff and provide relevant guidance.
Analyze data regarding tool performance and safety incidents.
Support product development teams with insights from tool inspections.
Enhance safety protocols based on inspection outcomes.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
Technical Skills
Knowledge of calibration procedures
Experience with electronic testing equipment

Certifications
OSHA Safety Certification
Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
Certification in specific types of equipment inspection: Such as welding equipment or heavy machinery.
