Job Description

As a Production Worker (Switcher), you will play a critical role in managing the switching operations and ensuring the safety and efficiency of electrical power distribution within our facilities. You will coordinate switching activities, monitor power systems, and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted service. This role requires a keen understanding of electrical systems, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the safe transfer of electrical power through effective switching operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of all switching activities for compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with related teams to streamline operational processes.
  • Conduct routine assessments of power system data and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure safety procedures are strictly followed and enhance emergency response capabilities.
  • Engage in continuous learning to improve knowledge of switching technologies.
  • Facilitate communication with external partners regarding power distribution.
  • Adapt operations based on feedback from maintenance and engineering teams.
  • Assist in the training of new team members on switching protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related role.
