Job Description

As a Patent Lawyer at Innovation Legal Group, you'll be responsible for advising clients on protecting their intellectual property rights through patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex patent laws, drafting applications, and managing cases to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on patent-related queries and provide legal support.
• Analyze competitor patents and provide insights to clients.
• Manage and maintain patent portfolios for multiple clients.
• Provide training and guidance on intellectual property issues to clients.
• Evaluate potential patent infringement cases and advise clients accordingly.
• Develop internal strategies for patent litigation and enforcement.
• Collaborate closely with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive legal support.
• Attend industry seminars and conferences to enhance knowledge and network.

Requirements

Education

• Advanced degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, physics)

Experience

• Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred
