• Design and implement engaging learning activities in accordance with Montessori principles.
• Monitor and evaluate children's progress to inform instructional practices.

• Participate in relevant training and workshops to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, preferred
• Montessori certification from an accredited institution, required

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a preschool or educational setting
