Job Description

As a Violin Teacher at our esteemed music school, you'll cultivate a love for violin in aspiring musicians of all ages. Your classroom will be a haven for creativity, where students learn not only to play but to appreciate the art of music.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in music theory and proper violin techniques.
• Accompany students during performances to enhance their experience.
• Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding student progress.
• Participate in school events and promote music education within the community.
• Stay current with developments in music education and teaching methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education or a related field
• Master's Degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably in a classroom setting

Technical Skills

• Demonstration Skills
• Piano Proficiency

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to teach multiple instruments: Experience with other string instruments is a plus.
• Experience organizing recitals: Hands-on experience in planning and executing student performances.
