Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Educational Psychology Professor to teach and conduct research in educational psychology. This role involves guiding students, developing curriculum, and contributing to academic excellence at our institution.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in educational psychology.
  • Mentor students in developing their thesis and dissertation projects.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars to promote engagement in research.
  • Stay updated with developments in educational psychology and integrate them into teaching.
  • Collaborate with external organizations for research opportunities.
  • Lead efforts in curriculum development and program assessment.
  • Actively participate in university committees and community outreach.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the department chair.

Requirements

Education
  • Ph.D. in Educational Psychology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of teaching experience in higher education
