Join our team as a Local Governance Specialist to design and evaluate impactful governance interventions. Collaborating with local agencies and community leaders, your role will ensure that best practices are implemented for effective service delivery and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to local governments on governance, policy development, and service delivery.
  • Conduct research and analyses to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement in local government operations.
  • Manage relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on developments in local government policy and practice.
  • Deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and funding applications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in local government or governance programming.
