Job Description

As a Sustainability Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing sustainability initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental management systems and will be passionate about promoting sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability initiatives and projects from conception to implementation.
• Analyze data and report on sustainability metrics to inform decision-making.
• Support the development of sustainability training programs for staff.
• Research and recommend best practices in sustainability.
• Network with industry professionals to stay updated on sustainability trends.
• Drive employee engagement in sustainability efforts.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions on sustainability topics.
• Advise management on sustainability opportunities and risks.
• Track and assess the impact of sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure continuous improvement in sustainability performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
• Master's degree in Sustainability is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in sustainability management or related field.
