Coil Rewind Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a Coil Rewind Machine Operator who will be responsible for the efficient operation of our coil rewind machines. This role is key in ensuring that production targets are achieved while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee the coil rewind machine operations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Check the quality of coils being produced and ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on the machine as needed.
• Document production metrics and report any discrepancies.
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Work with engineers to implement improvements and upgrades to equipment.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of machines before production starts.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No previous experience necessary, but 1-2 years of work experience in a related field is preferred.
