Job Description

As a Metal Caster, you will be integral to our manufacturing team, overseeing the preparation of molds and the molten metal pouring process. Your expertise will help ensure the quality of our produced components, making a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate casting machines and equipment.
• Pour molten metal into molds and monitor the curing process.
• Conduct final inspections on castings to confirm quality specifications.
• Document production processes and equipment maintenance.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance casting quality.
• Train and guide new operators in casting procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in metalworking or related field

Experience

• Preferred experience with specific types of metals or alloys.
