Job Description

As the Computer and Information Systems Manager, you will oversee our software development lifecycle. Your leadership will guide a team of developers dedicated to designing and maintaining high-quality applications tailored to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate the team through the software development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and adaptability within the team.
  • Analyze workflow processes to integrate improvements and optimize project deliverables.
  • Utilize project management tools to keep projects on track.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks in development and implement effective solutions.
  • Regularly report project status and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Enhance the software design process by applying architectural best practices.
  • Support the team in debugging and resolving software issues efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 10+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in managerial roles
