Join our team as a Commercial Appraiser, where you will be responsible for assessing the value of commercial properties through comprehensive inspections, data analysis, and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed property inspections to ascertain the physical and economic condition of commercial properties.
• Utilize analytical skills to interpret various data sources for effective property valuation.
• Generate accurate appraisal reports that comply with established guidelines.
• Engage with clients to clarify property valuation needs and deliver pertinent recommendations.
• Stay updated on real estate laws and market trends to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Conduct comparative market analysis and site evaluations.
• Employ advanced appraisal software for efficiency in data collection and reporting.
• Document all findings thoroughly to defend appraisal decisions.
• Work closely with colleagues to enhance appraisal methodologies.
• Participate in training initiatives to advance collective knowledge in the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Master's degree in Real Estate or Finance is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in commercial property appraisal

Certifications

• Professional Designation such as MAI or CCIM

Languages

• English: Fluent
