Responsibilities

  • Assist in training staff on new technology implementations.

  • Support remote employees with technical issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Certification in IT support is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support
