Job Description

As a Zyglo Inspector, you will be crucial in ensuring the quality of our products through precise inspection techniques. You will perform fluorescent penetrant inspections to identify material defects and ensure our products meet stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct non-destructive testing using fluorescent penetrant inspection methods.
• Evaluate inspection results and communicate findings effectively.
• Work with engineering teams to improve inspection processes.
• Stay updated on new inspection technologies and methods.
• Document all inspection activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in fluorescent penetrant inspection is required

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in fluorescent penetrant inspection or quality control

Technical Skills

• Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection
• Quality Control Principles

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Certification in Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
