As a Biofuels Production Manager, you will take charge of our manufacturing operations, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and ensure quality. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding leadership capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of production management principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all industrial production activities within the facility.
• Conduct regular assessments of production processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all production lines.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for effective equipment upkeep and repairs.
• Supervise and mentor production supervisors, providing ongoing support and training.
• Analyze production data and generate reports for management review and decision-making.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with various departments.
• Communicate production objectives and strategies to the team effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field

Experience

• Proven experience in the biofuels or renewable energy sector
