Job Description

We are looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist who will oversee safety training programs, conduct thorough safety inspections, and investigate incidents. You will ensure that we adhere to the highest safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
  • Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses.
  • Coordinate and provide safety training for all employees.
  • Manage safety documentation and maintain records of incidents.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Promote a safety-first culture within the organization.
  • Collaborate with management on emergency response planning.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Prepare reports on safety initiatives and findings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in safety administration or related roles.
