Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients through comprehensive medical history and examination.
• Formulate treatment plans and prescribe appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient-centered care strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Engage in community outreach and health promotion activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and healthcare laws.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner or equivalent is necessary

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
