Job Description

We are searching for a motivated Pharmacist to join our team in Minneapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Educate patients about over-the-counter medications and supplements.
  • Develop and implement medication therapy management (MTM) services.
  • Conduct medication reviews and assessments.
  • Advise on drug interactions and side effects.
  • Manage inventory and assist with stock ordering.
  • Provide immunization services when required.
  • Engage in quality improvement activities within the pharmacy.
  • Assist with audit preparations and compliance checks.
  • Foster relationships with local healthcare providers to enhance patient care.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Additional certifications in clinical pharmacy are a plus.
Experience
  • 2-4 years of direct experience in retail or clinical pharmacy
