Job Description

As a Tool and Die Maker, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining precision tooling for metal stamping. Collaborating closely with engineers and production teams will be key to ensuring efficient production lines and meeting our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed designs for stamping dies using industry-standard software.
• Maintain and repair dies to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance tooling operations.
• Test dies for precision and make adjustments as necessary.
• Identify potential tooling issues before they impact production.
• Keep thorough records of die specifications.
• Adhere to strict safety and quality protocols.
• Assist in training new die makers.
• Continuously seek innovations in die making techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal apprenticeship or technical degree in tool and die making

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Stamping Die Maker or related role in the metal stamping industry

Technical Skills
