Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will lead our efforts in generating engaging content and fostering community interaction across all social media channels. The role involves a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytics. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand narrative, responding to audience inquiries, and building meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and schedule social media posts that align with our brand voice.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with influencers to expand brand presence.
  • Create engaging graphics and visuals for social media content.
  • Conduct social media audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
  • Host live social media events and webinars to engage with our audience.
  • Train and assist team members in social media best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing
