Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and establish specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy and modalities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and modify as necessary.
• Establish open communication with patients to motivate and encourage them.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Stay updated on latest physical therapy techniques and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Advanced clinical training in specific therapy areas is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting

Technical Skills

• Manual Therapy

Certifications

• Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT)
• Neuro-Developmental Treatment Certification is a plus

Languages
