Job Description

As an Industrial Production Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products. You'll play a pivotal role in managing a team, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance tasks.
  • Develop training programs for staff to improve skills and efficiencies.
  • Analyze feedback and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Participate in the implementation of new production technologies.
  • Lead daily stand-up meetings to address issues and plan activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
