Sewing Machine Operator

Job Description

The Blindstitch Lapel Padder will be responsible for operating and maintaining the machinery that pads the lapels of apparel products. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment manufacturing and be familiar with blindstitching techniques. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and efficiency in our production process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the machines are well-maintained and functioning correctly.
• Conduct regular checks to maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors to enhance productivity.
• Ensure timely completion of padding tasks in line with production goals.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Experience

• Prior experience in garment manufacturing is highly preferred
