Job Description

As a Preform Plate Maker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing plates used in the production of preforms. Your role is vital in ensuring accurate and efficient plate-making processes, playing a crucial part in our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all plates meet quality standards before production.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
• Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry standards and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further education in manufacturing or technical fields is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or plate making preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with CAD software
• Understanding of color management

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Certification in Plate Making

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in quality control: Understanding of quality assurance processes and techniques.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing: Ability to guide and mentor junior staff.
