Mold Machine Operator

Job Description

The Mold Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machines that mold or shape materials such as plastic, rubber, or metal into finished products. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and skilled in machine setup and operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor molding machines to produce plastic and rubber products.
• Conduct quality checks and inspect components for adherence to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings based on production requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on machinery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Provide training for junior operators and assist in skill development.

Requirements

Education

• Technical training in machine operation or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Languages
