Digester Capper

Job Description

The Digester Capper is crucial in our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining the digester and capping equipment. In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of machinery to meet our production targets while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of capping operations to ensure uninterrupted production
• Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain high product standards
• Document operational performance metrics for review
• Participate in safety and efficiency training sessions
• Provide feedback on machine performance and suggest improvements
• Help to integrate new equipment and processes as directed
• Develop procedural documentation as needed

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant technical certification is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in food & beverage manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Troubleshooting skills
• Safety protocol knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility

Certifications

• Forklift certification
• OSHA safety training

Languages
