Responsibilities

• Create and execute major gift campaigns, focused on maximizing donor engagement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Develop tailored engagement strategies for each major donor.
• Collaborate with program teams to align fundraising pitches with organizational objectives.
• Analyze fundraising data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to grant writing and reporting for major donations.
• Facilitate donor tours and visits to showcase the impact of their contributions.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless donor interaction and reporting.
• Monitor industry developments to enhance fundraising effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Non-profit management or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising or donor relations

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
