Responsibilities

• Design and develop patterns that reflect the latest fashion trends.
• Work closely with product developers to validate patterns during production.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all pattern-making processes.
• Document and track modifications made to pattern designs.
• Assist in the launch of new products from initial sketches to final production.
• Support quality assurance by ensuring patterns are replicable during manufacturing.
• Analyze production feedback to improve future patterns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of pattern making experience with proficiency in garment construction

Technical Skills

• 3D pattern making software experience
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with international production processes: Understanding of how pattern making fits into global manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD software for patterns: Experience leveraging CAD tools for efficient pattern design.
