Job Description

As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, you will play a vital role in monitoring and maintaining our plant operations. This position requires troubleshooting equipment problems and collaborating with our dedicated team to meet production goals while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks to monitor equipment functionality.
• Respond to emergency equipment failures promptly.
• Assist in developing maintenance schedules.
• Ensure workshop tools and machinery are maintained in good state.
• Participate in root cause analysis of recurring equipment failures.
• Assist with inventory management of spare parts.
• Develop and implement maintenance best practices.
• Educate team on safety and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers on equipment upgrades.
• Perform diagnostic tests on machinery as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machinery maintenance preferred

Experience

• 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance preferred.

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic systems knowledge
• Welding and fabrication skills

Certifications

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician (CMRT)

Languages

• English: Fluent
