Job Description

As an Energy Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in reducing energy consumption through effective audits and conservation strategies. You'll work closely with clients to identify energy inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions that align with their sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site energy audits to evaluate energy consumption and identify inefficiencies.
  • Analyze energy data to create customized recommendations for cost savings.
  • Develop comprehensive energy conservation plans that incorporate client feedback.
  • Educate stakeholders on energy-saving technologies and practices.
  • Utilize energy management software to optimize audit processes.
  • Assist clients in navigating green building certification processes.
  • Report on project progress and outcomes to management.
  • Work closely with local energy providers to access rebates and incentives for efficiency upgrades.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to support ongoing energy efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
  • Experience with renewable energy technologies is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in energy auditing or related field
