Job Description

As the Cutting and Sewing Department Supervisor, you will oversee the cutting and sewing operations within our manufacturing facility. This role involves managing a skilled team of operators, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the cutting and sewing department.
  • Lead team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
  • Ensure operation of cutting and sewing machines according to guidelines.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training in cutting and sewing is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cutting and sewing role with supervisory duties.
