Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Run diagnostic checks on assembled products.
• Prepare products for shipping according to specifications.
• Assist in the development of assembly training materials.
• Review production schedules and adjust as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of production output.
• Support the team in achieving production and quality goals.
• Actively participate in workplace safety drills and trainings.
• Engage in team-building activities to enhance collaboration.
• Collaborate with engineers to support product design improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in assembly or fabrication roles

Technical Skills

• Precision assembly
• Hand tools operation

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Communication

Certifications

• Forklift Operation Certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC machining: Hands-on experience in CNC operation and programming.
