Job Description

The Pigment Furnace Tender is responsible for operating and maintaining pigment furnaces to ensure the production of high-quality pigments for various applications. The ideal candidate will work within a team to monitor production processes, adhere to safety standards, and uphold efficiency in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Monitor furnace operations and make necessary adjustments.
• Implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Train new staff on operational procedures and safety measures.
• Document maintenance performed on equipment and machinery.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and safety issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years of experience operating furnace equipment preferred

• Mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in troubleshooting furnace equipment: Hands-on experience in resolving operational issues in furnace equipment.
