Job Description

The Sewing Machine Assembler will be responsible for assembling sewing machines according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate will have excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality assembly of our products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sewing machines according to specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks on assembled products.
• Operate various tools and machines required for assembly.
• Assist with inventory and supplies management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report issues or concerns to the Production Supervisor promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree in Manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical or textile assembly preferred

Technical Skills

• Assembly line efficiency
• Quality control techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience with textile machinery: Familiarity with operating and maintaining textile machinery.
